Padre Pio Academy is proud to announce the hiring of Katie Butler as the Director of Development. Katie shares the beauty of a Catholic liberal arts education with the community, executes fundraising campaigns and events, and manages alumni outreach and partnership opportunities.

Katie will be heading up fundraising, community outreach and grant writing through the newly announced Next 20 Initiative. Next 20 looks to raise $400,000 in capital through the 2023-2024 school year.

She is grateful for her Catholic education, having attended St. Rose of Lima Catholic School, Magnificat High School, and Christendom College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.

Katie loves motherhood and takes delight in seeing her young children experience the world for the first time. Her favorite mysteries of the rosary are the Joyful Mysteries – reflecting on Mary’s joy and role in bringing baby Jesus into the world has brought her closer to Christ.

She has spent the last decade working at CBIZ, Inc, most recently as the Digital Marketing Analyst for CBIZ Financial Services. Her duties included teaching others, analyzing data and identifying actionable insights, and leading the implementation of digital marketing campaigns.

Katie and her husband, Aaron, share two young children, and can’t wait to introduce them to soccer and basketball. She loves gardening and baking; her specialties are pie - pumpkin, caramel apple, and banana cream.
