‘Raising Saints Lecture Series’ Autumn Dates

Our culture of busyness frequently distracts us from what we should be focusing on: our connection to God and understanding what He is asking from us. In Genesis, God says, “It is not good for man to be alone.” This is true, and yet our society makes it easier and easier for us to hinder the bonds of community. To combat this, we invite you to join us at Padre Pio Academy for our ‘Raising Saints Lecture Series’ where you can hear a great speaker, grow your Faith, and build community.

“In Catholicism, the pint, the pipe, and the Cross can all fit together.” In keeping with this spirit, please feel welcome to bring a bottle of wine or a few beers to unwind with and enjoy the speaker and the company. Desserts or easy to share appetizers are also welcome.

Upcoming Talks:

Wednesday, October 23 at 7pm - Come hear Father Eric Garris, our Diocesan Vocation Director, speak on vocations in a talk titled, “What are you looking for?” (John 1:38): Discernment in the Family.

Stay tuned as more dates are posted.

[L]et us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
— Hebrews 10:24-25
